Canadian IPTV channels: every network we carry, by category, with the 2026-27 hockey map

A channel count means nothing if the one feed you need is missing, so this page names networks instead of quoting a number. The Canadian IPTV channels below are organised the way a household actually asks about them: the national networks, the sports feeds by region, news, French, kids, and then the US, UK and international packages that make up the rest of the 20,000.

National

CBC, CTV, Global, Citytv, OMNI, APTN, TVA, Noovo and ICI Radio-Canada, with regional feeds where the network has them.

Sports

TSN 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5; Sportsnet Ontario, East, West and Pacific plus Sportsnet One and Sportsnet 360; RDS, RDS 2 and TVA Sports.

Everything else

CP24, CBC News Network, CTV News Channel, Treehouse, YTV, the US and UK networks and channels from more than 60 countries, on every plan.

National networks

The Canadian IPTV channels every household starts with

The five English networks are the ones most people check first: CBC, CTV, Global, Citytv and OMNI, then APTN for Indigenous programming in English, French and several Indigenous languages. Where a network runs regional feeds, the list carries them as separate channels, so CBC Toronto, CBC Vancouver and CBC Halifax appear on their own lines and the local 6 pm newscast is the one for your city.

That matters for two reasons. The first is the programme guide: the app matches each regional feed to its own schedule, so the guide shows the right local news block rather than the Toronto one. The second is time. A Vancouver subscriber watching the Toronto feed of CTV sees a 7 pm ET programme at 4 pm PT; pick your own region and the Canadian IPTV channels line up with your clock once the app’s time zone is set.

All of these are Full HD feeds; 4K in the Canadian IPTV channels list is limited to the sports feeds during marquee games and part of the on-demand library.

Sports

Sports on Canadian IPTV channels: TSN, Sportsnet, RDS and the 2026-27 hockey map

All five TSN feeds, all four Sportsnet regions plus Sportsnet One and Sportsnet 360, and the three French sports networks are in the list. The reason to spell out the regions is that the 2026-27 NHL season changed where games live, and the feed that carries your team depends on which one you open and where you are sitting.

Selected WednesdaysAmazon Prime VideoNot on a linear channel

The CBC change is the one people notice first. For decades a Saturday game was on CBC and an antenna was enough; for 2026-27 Rogers and the CBC did not renew, so Saturday games are Saturday Night Hockey on Sportsnet. In the Canadian IPTV channels list that means the Sportsnet feeds, not CBC, are where you look on a Saturday, and the CBC regional channels carry their normal Saturday schedule instead.

The Monday and Wednesday packages are the second change. Selected Monday games are on Sportsnet+ as a stream only, and selected Wednesdays are on Amazon Prime Video. Neither is a linear channel, so neither appears in a live channel list, ours or any cable provider’s. Sportsnet’s own schedule marks which nights are which.

Beyond hockey, TSN and Sportsnet carry the CFL, the Raptors and Blue Jays, curling, the Premier League and the NFL between them, and Sportsnet 360 and TSN’s numbered feeds take the overflow when several games run at once. On a Sunday in the NFL season, TSN1 to TSN5 can be showing five different games, which is why the Canadian IPTV channels list carries all five rather than one “TSN”.

These feeds are also where 4K appears. During marquee games the broadcaster provides a 4K feed and we pass it on; a Fire TV Stick 4K or an Apple TV 4K on a wired connection at 25 Mbps per screen shows it. Regional feeds stay Full HD.

News

News among the Canadian IPTV channels: CP24 to CBC News Network

CP24 is the channel Toronto leaves on all day, and it is in the list alongside CBC News Network and CTV News Channel for the national picture, plus the local newscasts through the regional feeds above. For anyone who moved provinces, the regional CBC and CTV feeds are the practical way to keep the hometown 6 pm bulletin among the Canadian IPTV channels.

The US and UK news networks sit in their own country packages, so an election night in any of the three countries is covered from the same guide. Catch-up covers seven days on the news channels that support it, which is how a 6 pm bulletin gets watched at 11.

En français

French-language Canadian IPTV channels

The French list is not an afterthought bolted onto an English service. TVA, Noovo and ICI Radio-Canada are carried with their regional stations, and the specialty tier includes RDS, RDS 2 and TVA Sports for hockey, the French news channels, and the French entertainment and lifestyle channels that Québec cable packages bundle. A Canadiens game on RDS with the French call and the same game on TSN2 in English sit a few lines apart in the guide.

Support is in French as well as English, 9 am to 11 pm ET, seven days, by email and the contact form. The on-demand library carries French-language films and series alongside the English titles, in the same app and under the same login as the live Canadian IPTV channels.

Outside Québec, the French Canadian IPTV channels are the same list; a subscriber in Moncton, Sudbury or Saint-Boniface sees exactly what a subscriber in Laval sees, which is not always true of a regional cable package.

Kids

Kids’ channels, and how to keep them in their own row

Treehouse and YTV are the two Canadian kids’ networks in the list, alongside the US and UK children’s channels in their own packages. Cartoons and preschool programming also make up a large part of the on-demand library, sorted into their own categories, so the kids’ row of the Canadian IPTV channels is deeper than the two names suggest.

The useful setting is in the app rather than the list. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters Pro both let you build a favourites group, so a “Kids” group on the living-room TV holds Treehouse, YTV and a dozen cartoon channels and nothing else, and a child with the remote cannot wander into the news. TiviMate can also hide whole categories and put a PIN on the rest, which is the setting parents ask us about most.

US, UK and the world

Beyond the Canadian IPTV channels: US, UK and 60+ countries

The US package carries the American broadcast networks from several cities, plus the sports, movie, news and lifestyle channels a Canadian cable package would charge extra for or not carry at all. The UK package covers the main terrestrial networks and the British sports and movie channels. Both sit beside the Canadian IPTV channels in the same guide rather than in a separate app.

Then there are the channels from more than 60 other countries, grouped by country and then by language in the app. We will not print a count per country because the counts change as broadcasters come and go. The honest way to check is the 24-hour trial: open the country group you care about and see what is in it today.

Every channel outside Canada follows its home time zone in the guide, so a Premier League kick-off at 3 pm in London shows as 10 am ET. That is the guide working correctly, and the app’s time zone setting takes care of the conversion once it is set to yours.

Blackouts

Regional blackouts on Canadian IPTV channels, honestly

Regional blackouts on Canadian IPTV channels are real and we will not tell you otherwise. A regional sports feed is licensed to show its team inside its territory; outside it, the broadcaster replaces the game with a blackout card or alternate programming, and that replacement happens at the broadcaster’s end before the feed reaches anyone, cable or IPTV. Sportsnet West in Halifax and Sportsnet East in Calgary will show what the broadcaster sends to that region.

In practice, because every region and every TSN feed is in the Canadian IPTV channels list, a game that is blacked out on one feed is often on another: a national TSN2 window, Sportsnet One, or the opposing team’s regional feed. The guide shows all of them, and the trial is the way to check your own team from your own postal code before paying. What we can promise is the full set of feeds; what we cannot promise is that the broadcaster’s map bends for you.

A VPN does not fix this in any dependable way, and in Canada you do not need one for the service itself; it mostly moves the guide to the wrong time zone. The VPN guide goes through why.

Questions

Canadian IPTV channels questions we hear most

Are all the Canadian IPTV channels on this page included on both plans?

Yes. Standard and Pro carry the identical Canadian IPTV channels list, national, sports, news, French, kids and international. The plans differ in screens playing at once, two against five, and in Pro’s priority servers on busy nights, never in which channels you see.

Is Saturday hockey still on CBC in 2026-27?

No. Rogers and the CBC did not renew, so Saturday games are Saturday Night Hockey on Sportsnet and there is no over-the-air hockey any more. Selected Mondays are Sportsnet+ streaming only and selected Wednesdays are on Amazon Prime Video; neither of those is a linear channel on any provider’s list.

Which of the Canadian IPTV channels carries my team?

Leafs on Sportsnet Ontario and TSN4, Canadiens on TSN2 and RDS, Senators on TSN5, Jets on TSN3, Flames and Oilers on Sportsnet West, Canucks on Sportsnet Pacific. All of those feeds are in the list; whether a given night is blacked out in your region follows the broadcaster’s map.

Do the Canadian IPTV channels include my local news?

Yes, through the regional feeds. CBC, CTV, Global and Citytv are carried per city, so pick the feed for your region and the 6 pm newscast is your own. If you moved, the hometown feed is still there a few lines down.

Are the channels in 4K?

Some Canadian IPTV channels are, where the broadcaster provides 4K, which in Canada means sports feeds during marquee games and part of the on-demand library. National networks and regional feeds are Full HD. Expect about 15 Mbps per screen for Full HD and 25 Mbps for 4K.

How do I find a channel among 20,000?

Search by name in the app, or browse by the country and category groups. Then build a favourites group of the twenty channels you actually watch; every player on the devices we cover supports one, and the guide can be set to show only that group.

Can I check the Canadian IPTV channels list before I pay?

Yes. The 24-hour trial is the full list on any device with no card, and the only difference from a paid plan is the end date. Open your team’s feed at 7 pm and the country groups you care about; that is the whole check.

The list changes as broadcasters change, so if a channel you rely on is missing, write to support with the name and we will tell you plainly whether it is carried. The plans are the same price whichever Canadian IPTV channels you end up watching most.
