Terms of service.
Last updated: 2026-04-20
These terms govern your use of FineIPTV. We've written them in plain English because lawyer-speak is designed to confuse people, and we'd rather you actually understand what you're agreeing to.
1. Who we are
FineIPTV is operated from Toronto, ON, CA. Contact: support@fineiptv.com.
2. What you're buying
A subscription to our internet-delivered TV service. We provide credentials (M3U and Xtream Codes) that work in compatible third-party IPTV player apps (TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, etc.) which you install yourself on your own devices. We do not provide the player apps or the hardware.
3. Your subscription
- Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Plans renew automatically on the interval you selected (monthly, quarterly, annual) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@fineiptv.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
- A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid subscription — see our refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share your credentials with people outside your household beyond your plan's concurrent-stream limit.
- Attempt to circumvent, scrape, or re-distribute our streams.
- Use the service to commit fraud or violate any law in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service (e.g., operating the credentials from more locations than a reasonable household), with refund pro-rated if you were within the 30-day window.
5. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime. Technology fails occasionally — that's reality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we do proactively extend subscriptions by the duration of any outage exceeding 12 hours in a 30-day period.
6. Content
We are not a broadcaster. We aggregate and distribute third-party streams. If you have a copyright concern about specific content carried on our service, see our DMCA / copyright policy.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under PIPEDA and Québec Law 25.
8. Consumer-protection rights
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under Canadian federal or provincial consumer-protection law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, the Québec Loi sur la protection du consommateur, the Alberta Consumer Protection Act, and the BC Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Canadian law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of ON and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that province.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be emailed to subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
