The guarantee in one sentence
If within 30 days of your first paid subscription you decide FineIPTV isn't for you, email us or message support with "refund" in the subject and we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What's refundable
- Your first paid subscription (any plan, any duration), within 30 days of the initial charge.
- A duplicate charge or billing error — anytime, refunded immediately.
- A plan you bought and never activated (we can see activation on our side).
What isn't refundable
- Renewals. After your first 30 days, subsequent renewals (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are non-refundable. You can cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Chargebacks initiated with your bank instead of with us. If you chargeback, we consider the account closed; we cannot refund twice.
- Plans you bought more than 30 days ago (outside the guarantee window).
How to request a refund
- Email support@fineiptv.com or message us on WhatsApp with the email you used to subscribe.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work (optional — we'll ask gently so we can improve, but we won't require an answer).
- We confirm within 24 hours and issue the refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds land on your original payment method: Stripe refunds arrive in 5–10 business days depending on your bank; Interac refunds arrive the same or next business day.
Canadian consumer law
FineIPTV operates in accordance with Canadian consumer-protection law, including provincial statutes in Ontario, Québec, British Columbia and Alberta. Our 30-day guarantee is a voluntary commercial guarantee we offer on top of — and independent from — any statutory right of withdrawal you may have under provincial law.
Québec — Loi sur la protection du consommateur
Residents of Québec have specific rights under the Consumer Protection Act (LPC). Nothing in this policy limits those rights. If you live in Québec and believe we've failed to honour a statutory obligation, you may contact the Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC).
Service interruptions
We target 99.9% uptime — under 9 hours of downtime per year. If we experience a prolonged outage (more than 12 hours in a 30-day window), we'll proactively extend affected subscriptions by the outage duration at no cost.
