Do you bill in CAD or USD? Are there hidden USD conversion fees?
Every price on FineIPTV is in Canadian dollars. Stripe charges your card in CAD and we receive CAD. You won't see a foreign-transaction fee on your statement and there's no silent USD conversion at checkout.
Can I pay using Interac e-Transfer?
Yes — Interac e-Transfer is a first-class payment method alongside credit card (Stripe). Send the transfer to the address on our checkout page, include the order number in the memo, and we'll send your login within our activation window (under 10 minutes). Interac is often the fastest option if your bank clears e-transfers in minutes.
How fast will I receive my login after payment?
For Stripe (card) payments: typically under 10 minutes — the system auto-fulfils once Stripe confirms the charge. For Interac e-Transfer: as soon as the transfer clears into our business account and a human has reconciled it, which averages 10–45 minutes during support hours.
What's your refund policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of purchase, message us on WhatsApp or email support@fineiptv.com and we'll refund in full to the original payment method. Interac refunds are sent back to the email you paid from.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. Every plan is a one-off prepaid term. You'll get a renewal reminder email a few days before your term ends with a link to renew at the same tier. We won't charge you without you clicking that link.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-term?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp; we'll prorate the remaining value of your current plan as credit toward the new one. Downgrades refund the difference to the original payment method.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Interac e-Transfer. Both charge in CAD. PayPal and cryptocurrency are on our roadmap — email support@fineiptv.com if you need one of those and we'll let you know when they're live.
Can I watch on multiple devices at the same time?
Standard allows 2 simultaneous streams. Pro allows 5. You can install the app on as many devices as you own — the limit is on concurrent streams, not installations.
Which plan should I pick?
If everyone in your household watches on the same TV or you have one main viewer plus occasional mobile streaming: Standard (2 devices). If you've got multiple people watching different things in different rooms, or you want PPV events bundled, or you want priority support for live-sports time: Pro (5 devices).
Are PPV events really included with Pro?
Events that we're legally permitted to distribute are included at no extra cost on Pro. Some major events have blackout or exclusivity restrictions that prevent any IPTV service from carrying them — for those we'll tell you in advance rather than after you've paid.
Is there a family or shared-household discount?
The 12-month Pro plan is effectively a household discount — at CA$149 per year across 5 devices it works out to CA$2.48 per device per month.
Do you offer a reseller program?
Yes, for verified Canadian businesses. Email reseller@fineiptv.com with your business name, GST/HST number and expected volume and we'll send the agreement.
