Terms of service
Last updated 17 September 2026. The refund policy and the privacy policy form part of these terms.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and FineIPTV, the Canadian operation of ProTV (“we”, “us”), which runs fineiptv.com and the subscription described on it (the “Service”). They apply to the free trial, every paid plan and the website. By requesting a trial, placing an order or using a login we issued, you accept them.
2. The Service
The Service is a set of login credentials, supplied as Xtream Codes details and as an M3U playlist link, that let a compatible player application on your own device receive live channels, a programme guide, catch-up and on-demand video over your own internet connection. The plan sets how many screens may play at once: two on Standard, five on Pro. The 24-hour trial is the same Service for one household, without payment, and does not convert to a paid plan; we may decline or end a trial on repeated requests from one household or use that breaches section 4.
Channel line-ups, on-demand titles, picture quality and catch-up windows depend on the source of each stream and change without notice; a listing on this website is not a promise of availability at any particular time or quality. The Service does not include any device, player application or internet connection; you supply those.
3. Accounts and logins
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract in your province or territory. A login is issued to one household and may be installed on any number of that household’s devices, subject to the plan’s screen limit. You are responsible for keeping it confidential and for everything done with it. Sharing, selling, renting or publishing a login, or using it in a public venue or for any commercial purpose, is not permitted. Tell us at support@fineiptv.com if you think a login has been compromised and we will replace it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, restream or record for distribution any stream received through the Service; not to access servers, streams or accounts you have not been issued; not to run scripts, scanners or automated tools against the Service; not to circumvent screen limits or broadcaster restrictions; and not to use the Service in a way that breaks the laws that apply where you are, including the Copyright Act (Canada). You are responsible for your own use being lawful; we do not give legal advice.
5. Third-party content and applications
We do not host, upload, store or originate video content. Streams are supplied by third-party providers, and we do not control them, their availability or their licensing. Channel, network, programme and team names on this website are trademarks of their owners, used only to identify content; no affiliation or endorsement is claimed. We respond to notices as described on our notice page and may remove or restrict access to any stream on a valid notice or at our own discretion.
Player applications such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, XCIPTV, Smart IPTV, IBO Player, GSE Smart IPTV and MyTVOnline are made and distributed by their own developers under their own terms. We do not sell, distribute or support them, and any fee an application charges, including one-time activation fees on television apps, is paid to the developer. Our guides describe how to use them; they are not a warranty that any application will work on your device.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running at all times and do not guarantee that it will be. Streams may be interrupted, degraded or unavailable because of matters at the source, a broadcaster, your ISP, your home network or your device, and for maintenance or causes beyond our control.
If the Service as a whole is unavailable for a confirmed period of more than 24 consecutive hours, we extend your plan by the length of that outage when you ask, within 14 days of it. That extension is your remedy for unavailability. Support hours are offered in good faith, not as a guaranteed response time.
7. Payments and refunds
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. A paid plan starts when payment is confirmed and runs for the term purchased: one, three or twelve months. No plan renews, we do not store payment cards, and nothing further is charged unless you place a new order. We accept Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard and PayPal; card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach us. Every paid plan carries the 30-day money-back guarantee in the refund policy. Because plans do not renew, there is no cancellation procedure.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end a login, with or without refund depending on the cause, where these terms are breached, where a payment is reversed or a chargeback opened without prior contact, where a valid legal notice or court order requires it, or where the Service is discontinued. If we discontinue the Service, we refund the unused part of any active plan pro rata. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service and the website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, enjoyment or time, arising from the Service or any content received through it, however caused.
Our total liability for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan in force when the claim arose. Where a province does not allow a limitation, our liability is limited to the extent the law permits, and nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot be waived. You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal costs, arising from your breach of these terms or unlawful use of the Service.
10. Notices
Notices to us go by email to support@fineiptv.com; notices about content follow the notice page and carry “Notice” in the subject line. Notices to you go to the email address on your order and are taken as received when sent; keep it current. Personal information is handled as the privacy policy sets out.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes and the new version is posted here; where a change materially reduces what you receive under an active plan, we email active subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the Service after that date means you accept the change; if you do not, stop using it and, within 30 days of payment, ask for a refund.
12. General and governing law
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply, and our not enforcing a term once does not waive it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor operator on notice to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your province or territory. Disputes go before the courts of Ontario, except where the law of your province requires otherwise.
